For those who feel a hunger pang or two late in the afternoon and are tired of the little esspresso cups, afternoon tea here is an oasis for the soul. Enter the upside-down world of Mad Magda's, where the concept of cafe is twisted into that of a tea room.Where futures are revealed and lifelines read by the resident mystic. No one is jacked up on fancy espresso drinks, but rather relaxed in the tranquil pace that only the light of vintage chandeliers can bring.

On a sunny day, eat your "breakfast blini" (steamed eggs served ina Russian crepe with mushrooms, onions, basil or dill and cheese) in the Magic Garden.
