This german restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere- large wooden tables and candles with flowers adorn your table. The food isn't light, for sure, so if you're a meat and potatoes person, you'll love Suppenkueche. There are veggie items too, but the majority are meat.

Try Fleischpfanzel in Zwiebelsauce und Kartoffelbrei (beef pork meatballs in onion sauce and mashed potatoes)-$9.50. Also, for a lighter fare, try the Haussebeitzter Lachs mit Dill-Senf Sauce und Salat (house cured gravlox with dill mustard suace and salad)-$8.00. Don't miss the german beer here it's the best. Try the Erdinger Hefe Weizen.

The Himalayan potstickers are mountainously superior at the sole Tibetan restaurant in Northern California. Try the steamed garlic bread, and the cinnamon-scented yogurt curries with lamb or chicken. Don't forget the fresh rice wine or the Tibetan tea, and conclude with the velvety ginger ice cream.
